The estate's pastures run down to the banks of the Lynher. We farm them organically and regeneratively, with our cattle grazing the fields in turn so the grass can recover between visits.
The aim is simple: better soil, fuller hedges, more birds and insects, and beef raised the way it used to be. The land around the house is becoming a more varied and abundant place each year.
