Ince is a private house. On a few days each year we open the gardens to small, booked groups.

Places are limited on each visit, so booking is essential.

Dates for 2027 to be announced

We are setting dates for a few spring and summer openings. Visits will be in small, booked groups, with a walk through the gardens and the kitchen garden. Dates will appear here as soon as they are set.

The tour

Each visit is a guided walk through the ornamental gardens and the shell house, on to the kitchen garden, and back to the view of the house across the lawn.

Good to know

  • The house itself is not open.
  • Dogs on leads are welcome.
  • Some paths are uneven; please ask us about access.

Elm Gate, Saltash, Cornwall PL12 4QZ. Directions and parking details are sent with your booking. The nearest stations are Saltash and Plymouth.
